I am the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Controller at Dr. Leonardo® Interactive, and at Digital MindScapes™.
Dr. Leonardo is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company providing an Internet Presence Platform and automated website builder for healthcare professionals, practices and pharmacies. Digital MindScapes is a custom website development company and digital marketing agency. Both companies are owned by my family.
I am responsible for Dr. Leonardo's and Digital MindScapes' automated accounting systems (Zoho), and for ensuring their continued daily operations. This includes management and audits of online sales processes and related credit card and ACH payments, settlements via Authorize.net, and both company's Customer Accounting Portals. I am also responsible for Dr. Leonardo's and Digital MindScapes' payables, Internet banking and payroll processing (SURE Payroll / Paychex).
I was also responsible for application for the federal government's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) in 2020 for and ensuring subsequent loan forgiveness in 2021.
MedNet Technologies
I was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Controller at MedNet Technologies.
MedNet was the largest custom website development and digital marketing agency for healthcare in the United States prior to its acquistion in 2015. The company developed more than 3,500 websites for 100+ health specialties during its 16 year history, including many of New York City's hospitals - Weill Cornell Medicine, Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), Northwell Health, NYU Langone Health, Mt. Sinai Hospital and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, among others.
I was responsible for all of MedNet's accounting operations (QuickBooks Enterprise) -- accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing and HR benefits administration (PrestigePEO) for 60+ employees. I also worked with MedNet's lenders in procuring and managing the company's credit lines.
MedNet's accounting, HR and office staff reported to my office.
Walker Painting | Unitarian Church of All Souls
I was the part-time outsourced Internal Accountant for Walker Painting, a family-owned commercial painting business on Long Island. I was responsible for general bookeeping -- invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll.

I was responsible for consolidated reporting of Pall Corp's various subsidiary companies, the preparation of external financial statements for the CFO, senior management and public financial markets.
